Я створив AI-інструмент перевірки взаємодії ліків за 2 тижні. Ось що я зрозумів.

Помилки при призначенні медикаментів є однією з провідних причин запобіжної шкоди в охороні здоров’я. Взаємодії між препаратами, протипоказання, перехресні алергії — це не рідкісні крайні випадки. Це повсякденна клінічна реальність, особливо серед літніх пацієнтів із кількома хронічними захворюваннями.

Існуючі інструменти мали два типи провалів. Або вони були розроблені для фармацевтів і переповнені клінічною термінологією, яку пацієнти не могли зрозуміти, або були зручними для споживача, але настільки поверхневими, що майже не мали реальної клінічної цінності. Нічого не знаходилось посередині — доступного, чесного і справді корисного.

Как результат, такая информация может быть доступна лишь ограниченному  количеству медицинских учреждений и абсолютно недоступна для общего пользования.Это обусловлено в первую очередь нормативными требованиями к хранению, обработке и использованию информации о здоровье пациента. По этой причине вознакает парадокс – данных в области здравоохранении генерируется очень, очень много, но их использование крайне затруднено.

Artificial Intelligence and Telemedicine

The COVID-19 pandemic has helped identify a number of health problems. Its negative impact often leads to high, sometimes critical, burdens on the health care system. I would consider this in the context of primary care.  High anxiety, uncertainty and sometimes fear in society, lead to an increase in visits to primary care physicians. Patients interpret their feelings in different ways and require their evaluation, which creates an additional burden on the doctor. Of course, this has negative consequences, both for the patient, the doctor, and for Health in general.
